Web Definition:

A pearl is a hard, generally spherical object produced within the soft tissue (specifically the mantle) of a living shelled mollusk. Just like the shell of a mollusk, a pearl is made up of calcium carbonate in minute crystalline form, which has been deposited in concentric layers. • How long does it take for mollusk to produce a pearl?
  • How long does it take for a jeweler to make a pearl necklace?
  • How long does it take for an artist to paint a pearl?

  1. Thank you Sadami!

Yes Ann the most simple things are the most difficult to paint ;).

I love that shades Sparrowhawk and Anudeepa, they make the pearl shine 🙂

Thank you Gretchen, the pearls are my favorite; but I was always afraid to paint them. I am glad I tried.

The most challenge I think was to find all of that colors in white pearl on a white surface My Dear Brash With The Color friend 🙂

Thank you everyone for your comments!
